Pulled Pork Dirty Fries
As many chips as you can cook at once!
Add Pulled pork from recipe here.
cheese (Cheddar, Monetary Jack, shredded mozzarella or even a bit of stilton, mix it up have a play you cant go wrong with cheese!)
top with Jalapeños, chopped gerkins and crispy onions.
Oven cook chips 180 degrees from 15-20 min depending on size of chip
Open fire cast iron pan only place on embers as a flame will set everything on fire! Heat oil and cook till crisp.
When chips are cooked remove from pan and place on tea towel to take excess oil off the chips then move chips to mixing bowl and then sprinkle your favourite chip seasoning be that the classic salt, smoked paprika or even get your hands on some of tubby toms bacon dust and give them a sprinkle (I know I mention tubby toms alot but I've finally found a company I love their sauces and seasonings are brilliant and the people tom and his crew are top notch!) Then place chips on a plate/big bowl
Now for the best bit bring on the PORK! Smother the chips with your Pulled Pork add the cheese and grill. (for open fires you can use a burning log or use the dutch oven lid with coal on top to grill/melt) then add your toppings and if your a saucy character like me ;) then add some on top. And enjoy!
